Mzwandile Khuluse, professionally known as Mike Makhosini, is a dynamic musician delivering the Nguni Indigenous Experience, a performance that brings together anticipation and raw excitement, all rooted in a deep cultural narrative. Born in Swaziland and raised in Durban, he has been active in the music industry for over 10 years, steadily rising from local underground performances to captivating audiences on larger stages.
Drawing inspiration from the late Mama Busi Mhlongo and Thandiswa Mazwai, Mike’s music focuses on African spirituality and indigenous sounds. His unique style has earned him recognition both locally and internationally, with performances in the UK, USA, Ghana, Swaziland, and all across Durban and South Africa.
Mike is preparing to release his EP titled “Ishoba”, which he plans to promote during his upcoming performances. His mission is to share his musical masterpiece with audiences far and wide, continuing to enrich the music landscape with his authentic Nguni sounds.
